Habitat Loss

Habitat loss is having a huge effect on Earth's plants and animals. When habitats are lost, so are ecosystems. Humans need healthy ecosystems for clean air and water, for medicines and for our emotional well-being. Many people are working hard to restore and preserve habitats.
