The Canada Book Fund ensures access to a diverse range of Canadian-authored books nationally and internationally, by fostering a strong book industry that publishes and markets Canadian-authored books.
We are grateful to the Honourable Pablo Rodriguez, Minister of Canadian Heritage, Dr. Julie Fairweather, Director of Book Publishing Policy and Programs for Canadian Heritage, and Conor Rossiter, Manager of Book Publishing Policy and Programs for Canadian Heritage. We are also grateful to the help and support of Andrew Wooldridge at Orca Book Publishers for his mentorship in the Canada Book Fund application process, as well as to the Association of Canadian Publishers for connecting us with Andrew. The Canada Book Fund contribution will help to support Engage Books’ ongoing production, marketing, and distribution of Canadian-authored content.
