We are grateful to the help and support of Lynsey Hamilton, Knowledge Translation & Exchange Specialist at the British Columbia Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) for helping us update the content in our Level 1 and Level 2 COVID-19 books. With the evolving nature of COVID-19, including our understanding of different variants, and the introduction of vaccines, we wanted to ensure that our content accurately reflected these changes. We are extremely thankful that Lynsey Hamilton helped us when the world was just being introduced to the Omicron variant, which was an incredibly busy time for the BCCDC. Our goal with the introduction of our COVID-19 books was to provide accurate educational content for children in the hopes of making it a little easier for children to understand the ever evolving changes to their lives.
